These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the ForWellnessWave website, mobile application, and any other services provided by ForWellnessWave (collectively, the "Service"). Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the Service.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login information and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify ForWellnessWave immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

The Service and all content, including but not limited to text, software, images, audio, and video, is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws of India. You may not use any of the content without the prior written consent of ForWellnessWave.
4. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." FORWELLNESSWAVE DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. FORWELLNESSWAVE DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.
5. Limitation of Liability
IN NO EVENT SHALL FORWELLNESSWAVE BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, EVEN IF FORWELLNESSWAVE HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
6. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ForWellnessWave, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, and fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms and Conditions.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
